Exchange Policy
Please contact us ([email protected]) regarding any of our products you are unsatisfied with. Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your free gift, we can’t offer you a full exchange.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging and only the exact amount returned will be exchanged.
Non-returnable items: High Voltage Cartridges, Edibles and Oils in oral syringes (unless unopened)
In certain situations only partial exchanges are granted; all exchanges are only for the amount of product returned to us.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
